By creating an account and using Coach Stats, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Coach Stats is a GAA football match statistics and team management Progressive Web App (PWA) provided by Ciaran Dagen trading as Coach Stats, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you are 18 or over.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time via the subscription management portal within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We offer a 14-day refund on new subscriptions if you are not satisfied. Contact hello@coachstats.app within 14 days of your first payment. We do not offer refunds on renewals except where required by law.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. By using the service immediately after subscribing, you acknowledge that you have requested early access and agree that your right to cancel is limited to cases where the service has not been substantially used.
You agree not to:
You own your data. Match records, squad information, and all content you create belongs to you. We do not claim any rights over your data.
You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to store personal data about players, particularly minors. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may carry out maintenance that temporarily interrupts the service. We will endeavour to notify users in advance of planned downtime.
Coach Stats is provided as a Progressive Web App and requires an internet connection for initial load, login and data sync. Some features work offline once the app is installed.
Coach Stats, its design, code and content are owned by Ciaran Dagen trading as Coach Stats. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Stats is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
On termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
