Delete your Coach Stats account

You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time, from any device, with no need to contact us.

In the app (iPhone, iPad, Android or the web)

• Open Coach Stats and sign in. On the web, go to coachstats.app/app.
• Tap ⚙ Account, then Delete Account & All Data.
• Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete My Account.

By email

If you can't sign in, email hello@coachstats.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your login and email address
• All matches, squads, players, training, trial grading and notes you created
• Your club and sharing links

Deletion in the app happens straight away. Copies in our providers' backups are cleared within 30 days.

What is kept

Stripe, Apple and Google keep the payment records they are legally required to keep. If you have a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your account doesn't cancel the store's billing, so cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions too. A subscription bought on the website is cancelled when you delete your account.
